Meet Pilar!
Pilar is the owner and sole practitioner of SunRae Massage Therapy. She is passionate about helping her clients feel their best through personalized, hands-on care and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable.
Pilar graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in March 2026 and has completed Level 1 training in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is fascinated by the human body and is a lifelong learner, always looking to deepen her knowledge and skills as a practitioner. Please note, while she is trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques, she is not currently trained to treat lymphedema.
Her passion for movement began in childhood, growing up as a competitive dancer at Collingwood School of Dance, where she now teaches part-time. Her path into healthcare was shaped by her father, Dr. John Rae, owner of Ultimate Family Chiropractic, whose hands-on approach to helping people feel better left a lasting impression on her.
Raised in Wasaga Beach, Pilar is proud to serve and support the community she grew up in. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her out in nature, walking with friends or her dogs, or curled up with a good book.
